Welcome to BumpLnk.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BumpLnk, including our website, NFC-enabled products, digital profiles, account features, and related services.

BumpLnk provides the service described in these Terms.

Before setting up or managing an account, you must affirm that you are at least 18, agree to these Terms, and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Signing in through email or Google does not by itself record that agreement. Product terms are also provided before an in-person purchase is completed.

If you do not agree, do not set up or continue managing an account. You can still read public pages, sign out, recover access, or delete your account without accepting a new policy version.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage a BumpLnk account.

You must provide accurate information and must not create an account for another person or business without authorization. If BumpLnk later permits accounts for minors, additional parental or guardian consent requirements may apply.

BumpLnk accounts may be associated with an NFC card or another activation method provided by BumpLnk. Where card activation is required, a valid and eligible BumpLnk card must be used to create the associated profile.

The type of card may determine the profile type and features available to the account, such as a Personal or Business profile.

You may not manipulate, bypass, reproduce, alter, clone, reprogram, damage, or interfere with BumpLnk's activation, card-provisioning, or authentication systems. You are responsible for your credentials and activity performed through your account. Contact us immediately if your account or card is compromised.

NFC functionality depends on the receiving device, settings, NFC support, physical card condition, and third-party hardware or software. BumpLnk does not guarantee compatibility with every phone, operating system, browser, or device.

Contact us promptly if a card is lost or stolen so we can review ownership and disable its BumpLnk routing. Disabling a card does not recover it or erase its physical contents. A public profile URL remains publicly shareable. Do not share account passwords to transfer a card or account: transfers, resale with an active BumpLnk association, and reassignment require our prior written approval and ownership checks. An approved recipient must meet eligibility requirements and accept the current policies.

Without BumpLnk's prior written permission, you may not make, commission, distribute, or sell unofficial physical cards, NFC tags, stickers, printed QR codes, posters, menus, or similar physical items that link to BumpLnk profiles, card routes, menus, or other BumpLnk-hosted pages. This applies whether the item uses BumpLnk branding or is unbranded, and whether it links directly or through another URL or redirect.

You may share your public BumpLnk URL digitally, including through messages, email, social media, or a website. This permission does not authorize physical copies, imitation BumpLnk products, unauthorized activation, or resale of access to our service. Contact us if you need physical material beyond the cards we supply.

This is a condition of using BumpLnk's service. It does not claim ownership of NFC technology, QR technology, ordinary hyperlinks, your content, or independent products that do not use BumpLnk. It remains subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

For a copying violation, we normally request removal or correction and give a reasonable opportunity to respond. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue; immediate action may be necessary for fraud, security threats, repeated violations, or legal requirements. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.

BumpLnk profiles are designed to make information easy to share. Depending on what you publish, a profile may display your name or business name, username, images, biography, social links, websites, telephone number, business address, business hours, services, and other information you choose to make public.

You decide what to publish. Do not publish information that you do not want other people to access. Anyone who receives your BumpLnk link, scans or taps your card, or otherwise discovers your profile may be able to view, copy, share, or save publicly displayed information.

You retain ownership of content you upload or provide. You grant BumpLnk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide BumpLnk. This license does not transfer ownership and generally ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, security records, or records required by law.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to publish your content.

You may not use BumpLnk to:

• violate Philippine law or other applicable laws;
• impersonate a person, organization, or business;
• engage in fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive activity;
• distribute malware, malicious software, or harmful code;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against others;
• publish unlawful sexual or exploitative material;
• promote unlawful goods, services, or activities;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
• collect personal information unlawfully;
• attempt unauthorized access to BumpLnk or its systems; or
• interfere with service availability, security, APIs, rate limits, or safeguards.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, respond to valid legal requests, or address security threats.

Users creating Business profiles represent that they are authorized to publish information for the relevant business or organization. Business users are responsible for keeping business names, hours, addresses, telephone numbers, pricing, services, and links accurate. BumpLnk does not independently verify every business listing or representation.

Digital menus are published by the business, which is responsible for item descriptions, prices, availability, allergens, images, and applicable disclosures. Optional photo import sends your uploaded menu photo to Google Gemini to generate an editable draft. AI output can contain omissions or errors: review and correct it before publishing. Do not upload personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the menu.

Profiles may contain links to social networks, websites, maps, review platforms, messaging services, and other external services. BumpLnk does not control those services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and a link does not mean BumpLnk endorses the linked content, business, product, or service.

We currently sell physical products through arranged local meetups. There is no online checkout, advance payment, deposit, or shipping service. We agree on the product, quantity, price, customization, and meeting arrangements beforehand; payment is collected after the product is handed over. You can inspect it and request a basic NFC demonstration at handover. Inspection does not waive remedies for defects discovered later.

You must have permission to use submitted names, logos, artwork, and other materials, and authorize us to reproduce them only to fulfill the agreed order and related support. Where a customization proof is supplied, check its spelling, layout, links, and details before approving it. You are responsible for errors in the information or proof you approved; we remain responsible for production defects and departures from the approved proof.

Refunds, replacements, cancellations, and local returns are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable Philippine consumer law. Different future sales arrangements require clearly disclosed terms before a purchase; this Policy does not authorize undisclosed charges.

The BumpLnk name, branding, interface, software, website design, source code, graphics, and other materials created by BumpLnk are owned by BumpLnk or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of them. You may not reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with written permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Some features may be beta, experimental, preview, or early-access functionality. They may change, become unavailable, experience interruptions, or be replaced as BumpLnk develops.

We work to keep BumpLnk available and reliable, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Interruptions may result from maintenance, security incidents, internet outages, hosting-provider failures, third-party services, software errors, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control.

A physical card purchase does not promise lifetime hosting, unlimited future features, or permanent availability of a particular URL. We will provide reasonable notice of a material service closure or reduction where practicable and a reasonable opportunity to save your published information. Mandatory rights for a product or service that was misrepresented or not supplied remain available.

A pilot or promotional offer applies only under its stated written eligibility, duration, limits, and available capacity. Participation does not automatically become a paid subscription. Any future paid service needs separate pricing and affirmative agreement before a charge.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, suspected fraud or abuse, security risk, illegal activity, infringement of another person's rights, a legal or regulatory requirement, or conduct that materially harms BumpLnk or its users. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using BumpLnk or request account deletion through available controls or by contacting us. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained for security, transaction, dispute, or legal purposes.

BumpLnk is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every device will read an NFC card, every third-party link will remain available, or information provided by users will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BumpLnk will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. BumpLnk is not responsible for user content or products, services, transactions, or information provided through third-party links.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using BumpLnk, you acknowledge that you have been provided with information about our processing of personal data. A Privacy Policy is not, by itself, a substitute for consent where consent is legally required.

We may update these Terms as BumpLnk develops or as legal, security, or operational requirements change. Each policy release has a date and version. We retain a copy of each released policy and record your account's version and acceptance time. When a new version requires agreement, you must review and accept it before setting up or managing your account. You can decline and sign out or delete your account. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights or reduce the replacement allowance agreed at purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact BumpLnk so we can try to resolve complaints directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry, National Privacy Commission, courts, or another competent authority.
